CDA accepts online payments and donations through PayPal. If you have an existing PayPal account, you can login after clicking one of the buttons below. If you do not have a PayPal account (it's free!), you can still pay with a credit card.
1. Enter the amount in the box labeled "Item price" (1), then click "Update" (2).
2. IMPORTANT! Please remember to reference your Family ID (found at the top of your statement) and child's name under the Special Instructions section (top right) by clicking "Add"! This section appears at the Review screen prior to confirming final payment. Failure to reference your FamilyID and/or child's name may result in delaying the credit to your account.
